Ashlie and Alex’s Disney Cruise Disney Fantasy Wedding
Pinch me I’m dreaming. I always thought it would be cool to film a wedding either at a Disney Park or on a Disney Cruise ship. Luckily Alex and Ashlie gave me the opportunity! and maybe one day I’ll get another chance :)
I met Alex and Ashlie on a facebook cruise group and quickly scheduled a phone meeting with them. They were debating about using the cruise ships photographer or bringing someone on board. Disney cruise photographers are hit or miss. Some people get incredible quality pictures, others not so much. It’s a random assignment so in the end Alex and Ashlie decided to bring me along to document their special day.
Alex and Ashlie are from Florida and are big fans of Disney. Need convincing? They got engaged while on Splash Mountain right on the big drop. I’m not even lying. They have the picture evidence to prove it!
These two chose The Outlook on the Disney Fantasy to seal the deal and it was an amazing experience watching it all happen with the ocean floating behind them.
The last day we were scheduled to go take some additional pictures on Castaway Cay but were told that we might not even get to dock. We spent an hour wandering around the ship taking some cool pictures then got the news that we were able spend the day at Castaway!
I will forever be grateful for the chance to capture Alex and Ashlies perfect day onboard the Disney Fantasy
